EHEDG Seminar Italy in June 2010 - Lectures available

The Workshop "Hygienic Design delle Apparecchiature Alimentari" offered by EHEDG Italy on 11 June 2010 at Centro Sant' Elisabetta - Campus Universitario di Parma was very well attended by about 100 persons who showed great interest in the various hygienic design topics presented.
